Shipping Policy

• Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. EST usually ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST ship the next business day.
• All Shipments are subject to stock availability. When your order ships from our distribution center, we will notify you by email. Once shipped, you can log into your VTimedical.com user account, and track your packages 24 hours a day! Our site will tell you when your items will arrive according to FedEx.
• Although products are carefully packed to minimize in-transit damage, all shipments should be carefully examined upon receipt and if a product is damaged, you must document the nature and extent of the damage and immediately contact VTIM.
• If concealed loss or damage is discovered, you must retain all packing materials and immediately notify VTIM, requesting an inspection.
• If shipments are received short, you must contact VTIM at once.
• VTIM is not liable for any shipment errors due to incorrect information entered into the order processing system by the customer.
